Become a PillarCarer
We believe that the role of Carer is a very special one. It is a highly responsible and challenging career - it requires patience, kindness and inner-strength, and it is also one of the most satisfying and worthwhile jobs you will ever do.
At PillarCare we are always on the lookout for new personalities to join our team. Every service user is unique and each requires a Carer who too is unique. Through encouragement, kindness and support, our friendly, compassionate Carers enable their client to retain their independence and continue to live in their own homes, often helping to improve their quality of life. As a domiciliary Carer your role may consist of assisting your client with mobility & personal care, it may require you to prepare nutritious meals or administer medication; every role is unique.
An important part of the role is providing companionship, and focusing on just one client allows you to build the trusting, respectful relationship which impacts so significantly on the lives of both the service user and you.
Come make a difference – become a PillarCarer.
